What happens if you can’t fix my drain or pipe there and then?
Our team of professional plumbers can fix anything. With our high pressure drain cleaner and CCTV camera equipment, we’re confident that we can fix any drain or pipe issue that we might face. By first locating the issue, we’ll then follow our systematic process to find and fix the issue. If for some reason we are unable to do this, we’ll provide you with a number of options.
Firstly, we’ll let you know that we’ll be coming back to fix the issue and schedule a new time with you. But, we won’t just leave you stranded. If, for some unknown reason, we’re unable to fix your blocked drain or pipe issue, we’ll implement a temporary fix until a more permanent solution is available or found.
Will the equipment and cleaners you use harm the environment?
We use on the latest in drain clearing equipment. This includes high pressure drain cleaner and CCTV camera equipment, both of which are safe to the environment. In actual fact, the majority of waste and dish water that is sent down your pipes is more harmful to the environment than what we use to clear them!

What if my pipe bursts in the middle of the night? Will you come out then?
We have an emergency service in place that means that no matter what time of the day or night, you can call our dedicated number and have your blocked drain or burst pipe dealt with immediately, 7 days a week. We charge no call out fees, so you don’t have to worry about this when you call.

We offer a same day service so if you lose your ring in the morning, you’ll have it (nicely cleaned) on your finger by the end of that day.
